The THTFA-3 concrete foaming agent is high in concentration. When processed through a foam generator, a solution of THTFA-3 creates a stiff, white foam with a 20 to 25 times increase in volume and NO foam collapse.

Both FoamMaster models employ the 'dry' method of producing foam, where a mixture of THTFA-3 foaming agent and water is forced through a plastic mesh with compressed air. This method ensures the foam is uniform and very stable, making it ideal for lightweight foam concrete applications.

* Dosage Rate: this has a very low dosage rate, and can be mixed with water at a rate of 3%. If you are experienced, you can reduce the ratio to 1.5%.
