CLC block mould
We can provide specialized moluds for the production of lightweight concrete blocks (CLC blocks). Our CLC block mould comes in different sizes, suitable for all types of projects from small to large.
Our Lightweight Concrete Block Moulds are available in two types:
- Type 1: CLC Moulds are divided into cells, each cell will make a brick. This type of mould is also called CLC battery mould and is usually used for small factories with the maximum capacity of 20-30m3/day.
- Type 2: One solid base and four surrounding steel walls joined together by a quick-release mechanism, which allows you to mold large blocks of foam concrete, then use a cutting machine or manual cutting tool to cut them into smaller blocks. Each brick has a fixed size.
